3-Month Coaching Program

candles_4.jpgAfter you complete the 28-Day Jumpstart Program, you will transition into the 3-Month Coaching Program.  Your personalized program will build upon the strong foundation you have built with the jumpstart program.  Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
